Current fees for full-time tuition and support in 2024:

PRE-IGCSE Math & English R 2,000 per subject per month

AS & A level R 1,800 per subject per month
Fees, currently excluding VAT, are either charged per semester (6 months) or annually (12 months) based on targeted exam dates. Fees are billed quarterly in advance, unless monthly payment is granted.
Families with multiple learners qualify for a 10% discount on tuition fees.Textbooks, laboratory work and external exam registration charges are for the learner’s own account and are payable directly to service providers.
We levy a R350 per month copy/print fee per student for the processing of assignments for grading.
Our annual enrolment fee of R3,500 covers consultations and learner management systems integration.
Baseline assessments are billed at R650 per hour.
Where a learner requires private tutoring on a specific subject, the rate varies from R500-R650 per hour, invoiced monthly in arrears. Scheduled tutoring sessions not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice are billed.
Learners may withdraw with one term’s notice by way of written notification to The Chapel Lane Academy, and all fees in respect of the term within which the learner withdraws remain due and non-refundable.
